Do you ever find yourself decanting a whole bottle of wine when you know you won't be consuming more than two or three glasses? The Versovino® (left; www.pouringwine.com; $40), which resembles high school science lab equipment, decants a short pour, aerating and softening the wine before it is poured into a glass. Invented and produced in Italy, this handblown device fits in most standard-size wine bottles and has a small cork that goes over the top to prevent spills. Think of it as a single-serving decanter.
